During the screening process, you will receive a one-time bonus upon acceptance into our program. Once you are fully accepted into the donor program, your sperm donor reimbursement will be in the form of a check. You can earn up to $8,400* in 6 months!
To begin, you must live within a 40-minute radius. Start by applying online. When your application is reviewed, you will be contacted via your preferred contact method and informed of your status.
If you’re selected to continue, you will complete a phone screen and an online medical history questionnaire. Next, you will come in for an interview with your donor coordinator and leave a semen sample for analysis. If your semen sample is approved, our team of professionals will conduct a physical and psychological exam. Once everything checks out, you are officially a sperm donor.
When you arrive at our Atlanta location, you’ll check in at the front desk and provide any necessary ID or paperwork. Our friendly staff will be there to help you and answer any questions.
You’ll then be taken to a private room where you can comfortably collect your sperm sample. This room is set up to ensure your privacy.
You’ll be given a sterile container to collect your sample. After you’ve finished, make sure the container is sealed and labeled as instructed.
There might be a short wait while we check the quality of your sample. Your sample will be frozen and stored if it’s good to go.
We ask our donors to commit to 6 months, visiting the office at least twice weekly. Most of our donors donate past the minimum commitment, maximizing their reimbursement. The maximum time investment will vary for each donor.
