For many men, the greatest reward of being a sperm donor is being able to help others. However, we make sure you also receive substantial financial compensation.
The amount that you receive is compensation for your inconvenience and transportation. In that sense, you are not being paid for your sperm.
How much do sperm donors get paid per donation?
The total amount that you will receive as a sperm donor depends on how often you donate and how long you are a donor with us.
During the screening process, you will receive a one-time bonus upon acceptance into our program. Once you are fully accepted into the donor program, your sperm donor reimbursement will be in the form of a check.
Donors can get reimbursed up to $1,400 per month when visiting our office at least twice a week. We ask our donors to commit to 6 months, visiting the office at least twice a week. Most of our donors choose to donate past the minimum commitment, maximizing their reimbursement. The maximum time investment will vary for each donor.

Become an Ambassador and Earn Extra
As a donor, you can also earn extra cash as an ambassador by referring friends to our program:
- You will receive $100 after the person you invite completes their first appointment
- You will receive $200 when they finish onboarding as a sperm donor
- Plus, you'll get a $500 bonus for every 5 successfully referred donors
This means you can earn an additional $300 for each successful referral, plus bonus opportunities!
